Small Space, Big Possibilities

Our studio, The Lab, is a compact, highly focused workspace, designed exclusively for product and tabletop cinematography. Everything is streamlined and within reach—from motion control robotics and high-speed cameras to a versatile lighting setup and even a virtual production LED volume. Every tool and every setup is built around efficiency and precision, allowing us to move quickly, adapt on the fly, and focus entirely on crafting the perfect shot.

Motion Control Robotics

At the heart of The Lab is the BOLT JR+ motion control robot, a benchmark tool for precision-driven cinematography. Designed for high-speed, repeatable camera moves, the BOLT allows us to capture dynamic product shots, ultra-slow-motion sequences, and complex visual effects with pinpoint accuracy.

Whether it’s a product spin in perfect sync with a liquid splash at 1000fps or a sweeping tabletop reveal shot with millisecond timing, the BOLT moves with precision the human hand simply can’t match—opening up entirely new creative possibilities for product and commercial shoots.

Visual Engineering: Crafting the Perfect Shot

Some shots don’t just happen—they need to be built. That’s where Visual Engineering comes in. In The Lab, we design custom rigs, drop mechanisms, precision launchers, and synchronized motion setups to create the exact action a shot demands. Whether it’s a bottle landing perfectly upright, liquid pouring with split-second timing, or objects colliding in slow motion, we engineer controlled, repeatable setups to reduce trial and error and get the perfect shot—every time.

Is it possible to combine studio and location filming in one project?

Absolutely! Combining studio and location filming is something we do regularly. Many projects benefit from precise product shots in our studio,using tools like motion control and high-speed cameras, combined with lifestyle or brand scenes shot on location.

We plan both production environments seamlessly, ensuring a consistent visual style and efficient workflow across studio and location.

Can we book you for specific shots only, without a full film production?

Yes! We regularly work with agencies, brands, and production companies that just need specific product shots, motion control sequences, or high-speed details. You can book us for select visual assets, and we’ll deliver raw footage or processed clips—whatever suits your workflow best.

Do you deliver full projects with some social media assets on top?

Yes, we offer complete productions from concept to final delivery, and we’re happy to provide additional social media content like vertical edits, short cutdowns, or platform-specific clips. We can also capture stills alongside the film production, ensuring you get a cohesive content package for all channels.

What kind of briefing do you need?

The more we know, the better! Ideally, you share your product, campaign goals, mood references, and any specific shot ideas. But if you only have a rough vision, we’re happy to develop the visual approach together—whether it’s a detailed storyboard or creative brainstorming from scratch.

Do you offer motion control or high-speed services for external productions?

Yes, we regularly work as a service provider for production companies and agencies. You can book our BOLT JR+ motion control system, high-speed cameras, and visual engineering expertise, with our operators and technical team handling the setup and execution—either in our studio or on your set.
